Recently my scope of work has changed drastically. Right now I'm responsible for the overall architecture of the company I work in. One of my first decisions was to finish Togaf Certification Course 9. It's still not enough but I have that strong believe that I'm getting closer to the point.

The CMMI is perceived as a standard in the products and processes that are connected with it. All the engineering processes and products have to face the CMMI requirements before being sold on the market.
Nowadays the CMMI is changing, not only in the fields of examinations or certification requirements, but the requirements and structure is altered too. The changes in the products include such aspects as:
* reducing and compacting the size of the product.
* producing no more too sophisticated products that only a professionals could deal with.
Changes in the examinations
As you are already acknowledged with the changes concerning the course structure and topics, you are probably interested, what about the Examinations? Do they stay in the old form or will it be altered? The answer is simple, as the course has been changed, the Exam has to undergo some alternations too.
Formerly, the tests were exactly the same for all of the students. They required mostly short, sometimes single-word answers.
Now, the students will have to deal with a multiple- choice tests that will be generated by an item bank, each test will be different.
